Here you stay perfectly year-round, with direct access to both the Kungsleden Trail and the Drottningleden Trail. As the cabin borders the Skistreet, you can easily get to and from the ski slopes. The Högfjällshotellet, with its wide range of services and restaurants, is also within comfortable walking distance.
 
The apartment is located on the upper floor and features a spacious loft level. The entrance floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and living area with access to a large balcony and wrap-around walkway surrounding the entire accommodation. This level offers a kitchen, dining area with stunning views, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as two bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with WC, sauna and a small relaxation area, plus an additional WC.
The generous kitchen features a large breakfast bar with seating for four and is fully equipped with a stove and oven, extractor fan, combined fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a bean-to-cup coffee machine. The kitchen is well equipped with ample appliances and a full set of tableware.
An oak staircase leads to the upper level, where you’ll find a lounge area with armchairs and two single beds, as well as a separate bedroom with two single beds.

Bedroom 1 (entrance floor): Double bed
Bedroom 2 (entrance floor): Bunk bed with a wide lower bunk (140 cm)
Bedroom 3 (loft level): Two single beds in a separate bedroom. Two additional mattresses are also available in the bedroom storage.
The loft lounge area also includes two additional beds.
A lockable ski storage room is located below the staircase leading up to the apartment.

Upon arrival, you will receive an email with more specific information about the rented apartment. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy by 11 AM on the day of departure. An inspection will be conducted after check-out, and if the cleaning is not approved or if there are damages, a minimum fee of 2500 SEK will be charged.
 
Note: All our cabins and apartments have a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all members of the party, except for families. Identification is required at check-in.
