You will be staying in the perfect location year-round, with immediate access to both the Kungsleden and Drottningleden trails. Since the cabin borders the ski street, you can conveniently get to and from the slopes. The Högfjällshotellet and its facilities are within comfortable walking distance.
The apartment is located on the upper floor and includes a spacious loft level. The entrance level features a kitchen and living room with access to a large balcony and a walkway running around the entire accommodation.
Kitchen, dining area with fantastic views, living room (TV), and fireplace. There are also two bedrooms on this level. One bathroom with WC, sauna, and a small relaxation area. Additionally, there is a separate WC.
 
Kitchen
Generous kitchen with a large bar counter and 4 bar stools. Equipped with a stove and oven, fan, fridge/freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and coffee machine (beans). Fully equipped kitchen with extensive appliances and complete tableware.
 
Oak staircase to the upper floor
An additional living area with armchairs and two single beds, as well as a separate bedroom with two single beds.
 
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – entrance level: One double bed
Bedroom 2 – entrance level: Bunk bed with a wide lower bunk (140 cm)
Bedroom 3 – loft level: Two single beds in a separate bedroom. There are also 2 extra mattresses stored in the bedroom closet.
The living area also includes 2 single beds.
 
A ski storage room with a lock is located at the bottom of the stairs leading to the apartment.

Bathroom 1: WC, shower, and large sauna
WC 2: Small WC near the hallway
WC 3: Located on the upper floor
 
Other
TVs are available in both living rooms. Sonos sound system in the living room and kitchen.
Upon arrival, you will receive an email with more specific information about the rented apartment. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy by 11 AM on the day of departure. An inspection will be conducted after check-out, and if the cleaning is not approved or if there are damages, a minimum fee of 2500 SEK will be charged.
 
Note: All our cabins and apartments have a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all members of the party, except for families. Identification is required at check-in.
