Ground floor apartment with a beautiful view and close proximity to Skistreet in Upper Kungsbacken, near Högfjällshotellet. The apartment features three bedrooms and a bathroom with a sauna. It has a spacious hall, kitchen, and living room with access to a patio. Smart TV and WiFi are available in the apartment. There is parking with an engine heater.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and more.
Three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One double bed.
Bedroom 2: One bunk bed with a wider lower bunk (120cm).
Bedroom 3: One bunk bed.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with toilet, shower, and sauna.
Other:
The kitchen and living room have access to the patio.
Upon arrival, you will receive an email with more specific information about the rented apartment. Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and ready by 11 am. An inspection will be conducted after departure, and if the cleaning is not approved or if there are damages, a fee of at least 2500 SEK will be charged.
NOTE: All our cottages and apartments have a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all guests, except for families. Identification will be required at check-in.
